The season of long nights and chilly days is coming to an end. If you haven’t already started to see signs of the changing seasons, you will soon. The air will get warmer, the sun will shine more, plants will start to bloom, and wildlife will become more active. Spring is preparing itself to breathe life back into the world, and it’s a refreshing sight to see.

Declutter Your Space

This is what spring cleaning is all about, right? If you have a tendency to hang on to things, even if they are past their time, then take this opportunity to do some decluttering. You can go all-in or start small. Declutter your whole house or start with a single space. Wherever you start, getting rid of clothes, papers, and knick-knacks that you no longer need will leave you feeling refreshed and open up space for new possibilities. 

Nourish Your Body

As winter comes to an end, now is the perfect time to say goodbye to comfort foods and hello to whole food goodness. The change of seasons will bring a wider selection and availability of fresh produce. So go ahead, take a trip to your local farmers market and gather ingredients for your favorite salad, stir fry, or smoothie. 

Enjoy the Fresh Air

The air is warmer, the snow is nearly gone, the sun is shining, and the hiking trails are clear. This change in seasons naturally urges us to get outside, so follow those instincts. Move your workouts outside. Take your dog for an afternoon walk. Lay in the grass and read a book.
