This Spring, Nourish Your Soul in the Great Outdoors

Spring is a season to be joyful and happy. If you cannot find a reason to be happy, try celebrating the end of cold chilling winter—the season and its nature represents rising from the “dead”. All the plants and animals that were in temporary hibernation can now emerge. Here are some wonderful outdoor activities that will nourish your soul this spring.

Hiking
Get your muscles stretched as you enjoy nature. Breathe the free, unconditioned air. Feel the breeze blow through your hair and face. Just get somewhere, sit down and bask in the sun. You’ll find lizards, ants, birds and other animals enjoying the same delight.

Picnics
When was the last time you had a meal outdoors? If you haven’t gone for a picnic in awhile, it is time for you to get that picnic basket, blanket, and get yourself moving. This year’s spring won’t last forever!

Camping
Well, though it is deemed more of a summer thing, camping won’t hurt anyone. Treat yourself to an early camping experience, even if it is in the backyard of your house. The point is to just get out of the house. Sleep under the bare sky and watch the stars.

Work On Your Garden
The springs bring a rare opportunity for a garden fresh start. If you’ve been looking for a family bonding opportunity, then working on your garden can be fun and engaging.

Watch the Sunsets
Sunsets are the most adorable event of the day. No matter how bad your day way it will always remind you that everything ends. Take time after a hike at a high viewpoint to soak in this gift of nature. Let your soul wallow in the awesomeness of this event.

As you continue enjoying the great outdoors this spring season, remember to incorporate New Earth into your life to nourish your body as well.
