Mix & Match For The Perfect Summer Smoothie

It’s smoothie season! Here at New Earth, we love smoothies. Not only are they an easy way to nourish your body with whole foods, but they are also refreshing and delicious. That’s why they are our go-to summer treat.

Whether you are new to the smoothie game or a pro smoothie blender, it can be easy to fall into the habit of making the same few smoothies all summer long. And let’s face it. Alternating between only 2 or 3 flavors can get boring fast. But don’t sweat it. The great thing about smoothies is that their ingredients are super easy to mix and match, so you can have a new flavor every time!

Here are some of our favorite smoothie ingredients to give you some ideas.

Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Banana
2 Cups Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
1 Tablespoon Nut Butter
1 Tablespoon Essentials Blend

Clear Your Mind Smoothie
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Brewed Green Tea (chilled)
¾ Cup Raspberries
¾ Cup Blueberries

Green for Gut Health Smoothie
1 Banana
1 Small Avocado
1 Cup Spinach
